I received a letter 6/5/10 saying First USA is closing my account effective June 30, 2010 due to "Bankcard balance grew too fast", "Few accounts with time on file more than 36 months", "total available credit on bankcards too low".
They suggest I contact Experian, which I will, it has been a couple years since I've checked my score.
This happened to me years ago with Chase Bank and I'm still paying it off at a too high rate.
